Child sexual abuse is the issue that is prevalent across the globe in all socio economic classes and across all the geographical boundaries. It is a matter of power imbalance between the adult and the child. However this phenomenon can be reduced with the proper education of the children regarding their body safety.

SAHIL designed a story cum coloring book named “MERI HIFAZAT” for the children to make them aware of self protection methods in various situations. The book is based on various incidents in the form of units, of two pages each. There are altogether nine units, with pictures which can be coloured in by children.  SAHIL provides teacher training on 'How to teach the story book in classroom'.   Making use of various teaching strategies, the teachers are trained for the effective use of the book.
