Sahil Regional Offices (ROs) Interventions


All Sahil Regional Offices will continue undertaking these programme interventions:

• Provision of free legal aid.
   

• Awareness raising with community on legal requirements involved in a Child sexual abuse case.
   

• Advocacy with stake holders including Local District Government, District Courts, Police, Media and lawyers.
   

• Mass media campaign for imparting message on Child Protection.
   

• Press conferences, Press Releases, Seminars and Training Workshops only for raising awareness on the issue of Child Sexual Abuse.
   
• To arrange meetings with local elected members of National and Provincial Assembly, Senators, District Nazim , Union Council Nazim and other related members to build strong supportive system for protection of children against violence and for proper legislation regarding this issue (CSA).
   

• Sensitization trainings on Child Sexual Abuse and Protection issues of children by the Sahil Head Office Training department.
